WHO WORKS AT SYNTHESIS-NET?

Since our establishment in the end of 2003, our company has doubled its initial staff of four and expects to double in size again before the end of the year. Synthesis-NET has a very good relationship with the IT Department of the Széchenyi University and works closely with the professors to secure the most promising software engineers of each graduating class. Moreover, at any given time, our staff is augmented by students seeking to obtain valuable practical experience next to the theoretical base offered by the University.

At Synthesis-NET we look for ambitious young talent who are team players and good communicators. Although our staff is diverse in terms of their interests and talents, they all share a common focus on improving themselves and contributing to the success of our company.

A central goal of our management is to instill our staff with a spirit of optimism, ambition, confidence and, most important, belief in teamwork that is vital to the success of any firm.
